Wow what a week!

Helen Roden⁩, one of our run leaders and youth section coach represented GBR at the cross (off road) duathlon world championships, coming second place.

Saturday saw the last opportunity to run Witton Park for our Parkrun championships.

12 hardy members donned their team colours for Endure 24, a race unlike any other: running in teams of six, they had 24 hours to rack up as many laps the 8km trail course at Bramham Park, Leeds.
